Seth Goodstein is a second-generation Tacoma attorney who founded ROI Law Firm in 2019.  Prior to establishing the Firm, Seth worked for municipal and private clients on significant land use and governance matters, with frequent practice before administrative boards and appellate courts.  Seth has an extensive construction background and operates long-term and short-term residential rental properties in Washington State and Texas. Admissions: Washington State, Florida, US District Court for the Western District of Washington, Western District of Washington Bankruptcy Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Eric Krening (Of Counsel), is a skilled and seasoned litigator with over 35 years of litigation, appellate and criminal law experience in a wide range of subject matters in multiple jurisdictions—from Idaho where he began his career as a Supreme Court Law Clerk—to Hawaii and back to Washington.  He has also litigated cases in Colorado, New York and California.

Ramita Bains is a litigator who focuses on real property disputes, and who has personal experience assisting her family in complex real estate investing. She is licensed in Washington State.
